The contract was awarded to Contracting Services, Inc. in Culleoka, TN. Bids were received and opened at 10:00 o'clock A.M. local time, Thursday, January 23, 2020 at the Portland City Hall, 100 South Russell Street, Portland TN 37148.
Addendum 1 was issued to all plan holders via email on Friday, December 13, 2019. Revised Plans & Specs were mailed to all plan holders via USPS mail on Thursday, January 9, 2020.
